These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Jiliaa platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on Jiliaa.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use Jiliaa, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one Jiliaa account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All games on Jiliaa use certified random number generation. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in fraudulent wagering will result in immediate account termination.
Jiliaa operates under the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Players outside permitted jurisdictions must not access the platform.
Jiliaa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Jiliaa ("Jiliaa," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Jiliaa online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jiliaa.app and through the Jiliaa mobile application.
By accessing the Jiliaa platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Jiliaa platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with Jiliaa's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and Jiliaa.
To register and use the Jiliaa platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Jiliaa reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.
By registering on Jiliaa, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Any misrepresentation of your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
To access real-money gaming on Jiliaa, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active Jiliaa account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Jiliaa reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jiliaa account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Jiliaa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Jiliaa immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected].
Jiliaa is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Jiliaa reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Jiliaa accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Jiliaa does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Deposits are generally credited to your Jiliaa account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Jiliaa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Jiliaa aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard interbank processing timelines.
Jiliaa reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if Jiliaa has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the Jiliaa platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Jiliaa does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in Jiliaa's fee schedule. Jiliaa will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.
Jili aa may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
General conditions applicable to all Jiliaa bonuses include:
Jiliaa reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
All games available on the Jiliaa platform — including Bingo, Bet, Bombing Fishing, Color Game, Fishing Expert, Handball, and Callbreak — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by Jiliaa or any third party.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game round, Jiliaa reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the players involved. Jiliaa's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
If you experience a disconnection during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed logic. Jiliaa is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's side. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
Each game on Jiliaa has defined minimum and maximum wager limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Jiliaa reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jiliaa platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the Jiliaa platform — including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jiliaa or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Jiliaa platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of Jiliaa's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Jiliaa.
Jiliaa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Jiliaa platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Jiliaa implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk when using any online platform.
Jiliaa may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jiliaa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Jiliaa platform, including but not limited to:
Jiliaa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jiliaa account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit Jiliaa's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Jiliaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your Jiliaa account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with Jiliaa through our internal complaints process by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Jiliaa will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of the Philippines.
