Take Control
All of these tools are available directly from your Jiliaa account settings — no waiting, no complicated process. You're always in control.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your Jiliaa account. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
Set a maximum session duration for your gaming. When your time is up, Jiliaa will notify you and, if you choose, automatically log you out. This helps prevent extended unplanned gaming sessions.
Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a set period. Once your loss limit is reached, Jiliaa will prevent further wagering until the limit period expires, protecting your bankroll.
Take a short break from gaming by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, your account will be restricted from gameplay and deposits. The period cannot be shortened once set.
If you feel you need a longer break, you can request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is fully suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from Jiliaa.
Access a full record of your gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, and session durations at any time from your Jiliaa account dashboard. Reviewing your history regularly is a healthy habit for all players.
